No Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled, in which case refunds will be provided.
Proof of Payment: A transactional receipt in PDF format serves as the valid proof of payment. This receipt must be presented either in digital or printed form for entry.
Verification of Identity: Attendees must bring a valid student ID or card for verification purposes.
Third-Party Payment: If the ticket purchase is made on behalf of another person, the name of the attendee must be clearly indicated during the booking process. The attendee's name should match the identification presented at the event.
Transferability: Tickets are generally non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's identification presented at the entry point.
